I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms lacked wardrobes for clothes, but they had a coffee maker and all the essentials. The shower was good, and the room had all the necessary equipment. The service was exceptional - they effortlessly converted our twin room into a king size bed upon our arrival. The location was convenient, right in the city center of Southampton. Although the dining experience was a bit disappointing due to dirty dishes, the fresh ingredients were a plus. The hotel boasts well-maintained facilities.
